Warehouse Worker – Full Time Hours (Casual)

Our client is a WA owned local manufacturer of Hydration and Natural Springwater products, servicing various clients locally and in the mining industry. Their continued growth has led to them requiring experienced warehouse workers to assist them in keeping up with demand. This opportunity suits applicants who have strong knowledge of warehouse operations and initiative to navigate a changing workload. Additionally, you will be proactive and have sufficient motivation to assist the company as they move forward in their industry.
About the Role:
The day-to-day of this role is varied, as such, an “all hands on deck” mentality is crucial to being successful in it. Working in a small team, you may find yourself operating the water bottle machine, labelling orders for despatch or delivering products in the work ute - as well as completing other basic warehouse tasks.
It is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress in their career and be a major contributing factor to the development of an emerging hydration supplier.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate is someone with previous experience in a range of warehouse roles who is confident to carry out the completion of the varying daily tasks. We are looking for workers who would be comfortable to work autonomously and be self-driven – be able to get on with tasks without being asked. This means also taking ownership over the completion of the daily workload.
Being a small team means it is paramount to be reliable and punctual as being down one worker will have a significant impact on the success of the daily operations.
