The Opportunity
Our client is recognised as Perth’s leading precast concrete manufacturer, specialising in high-quality precast concrete solutions for civil, energy, communications, rail, water, and environmental sectors. Due to an ever-growing increase in demand, they are currently looking to add reliable and committed precast concrete production workers to their team in Gnangara.

Ideally, the right candidate would have previous concrete experience, however similar experience will be looked upon favourably. 

The role starts out on a casual basis with full time hours provided each week. Candidates with the right work ethic, attendance and attitude will have the opportunity to go permanent with the client.

What Will You Do?
  • Work with precast concrete products, handling the preparation of concrete moulds for pouring and finishing concrete
  • Assist with mould preparation, reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, curing, and demoulding processes
  • Condcut quality control - Inspecting presentation of the product, ensuring they are clean, free from damage and meet company standards
  • Clean and maintain equipment and tools
More About You
  • Previous concreting experience in steel fixing, welding and concrete finishing / patching
  • Committed to following safety protocols and guidelines
  • Precast concrete industry and/or construction supply experience highly regarded
  • Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the job
  • Proven history of a similar role within a concrete manufacturing environment
  • A positive can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
  • Forklift Licence and experience preferred
  • Highly organised and able to notice any issues outside of normal processes
  • Ability to perform manual tasks and operate machinery
