Our client is a Perth based supplier of plumbing products to residential and commercial construction. Their service and reputation have seen them grow a national footprint, with over 30 branches across three states of Australia. Currently, they are looking to add experienced drivers with Manual MR Licences to their team in order to keep up with consumer demand.
Initially, successful applicants will be able to base themselves from either Osborne Park (head office), Wangara, or Rockingham. The role will see you deliver a range of plumbing goods ranging from PVC pipes to small sheet metal items and other plumbing fixings to client sites across the Perth Metro area. Outside of driving, the day to day of the role will include packing orders, stock in / out and organising inventory in the warehouse. Additionally, forklift work (if you have LF licence) and some manual loading of light items for delivery will be required. There will be on the job training, however previous experience with load restraint is desirable. The client is focussed on adding long term, stable employees to their business. As such, this role is offered on a temp to perm basis for candidates who display the right attitude and work ethic in the initial stages.
