The Opportunity
Are you someone with a background in sales or customer service looking for an exciting new career? We welcome applications from candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.Come and discover the opportunity to join our client’s business as a Customer Service Representative based in Forrestdale, WA. An Australian leading manufacturer of steel building products delivering customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.The clientele are a mix of trades people and builders requiring a variety of superior products and solutions offered and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each customer receives nothing short of exceptional service.Full training program in Products and Procedures provided to all new employees.
This is a Monday to Friday full-time role, working a 38-hour week within the trading hours of 8am to 4pm.

What You Will Do?
This position offers diversity and opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. Alongside general sales and customer service responsibilities, your duties will include:
  • Interacting with customers via phone and email managing quotes and queries,
  • Following up on quotations and entering of data to complete sales orders.
  • Working in tandem with the warehouse crew to assist with pick ups in busy periods and ensure smooth customer experiences.

  • Ability to flex between changing priorities and assist with customer solutions
