Permanent Placements

At IRP, we believe there is nothing more important than finding the right people for your team. When hiring Permanent staff, the stakes are even higher. We understand the importance of a skillset, but it is arguably even more important that your new hire is the perfect team fit for you and your business.

Finding the right people can be stressful and time-consuming and that’s why we’ll always take the time to listen, so we really get an understanding of the position we are entrusted to fill. Learning about the culture of the business and the make-up of individual teams within the business will also help us to source the right candidate for your organisation.

Traditionally, agencies charge a percentage of starting salary payable as a lump sum upon a new candidate’s commencement in a permanent role. We also offer this service at IRP but we also offer our Clients the ability to split this fee across the first thirteen weeks of employment.

In the event that during that thirteen week period, the candidate doesn’t work out for whatever reason, we simply stop charging the weekly fee.

To date, many of our clients prefer this option and see the benefits. Ultimately, there is no large upfront fee and the amount paid, should the person not be completely suitable, is relative to their time working.

“It is a pleasure to deal with IRP. They take the time to understand our business and continue working to add value on a day-to-day basis. IRP are more than just a labour hire company or a recruiter, rather to us they are a business partner who passionately care about their people and their customers.”
