We are privileged to serve two unique but interrelated customer groups - our Candidates and our Clients. How we work with our customers is a quite different to a normal ‘supplier’ relationship.


Our business name is Industrial Recruitment Partners and it’s no coincidence that partnering is the way we operate – in fact it’s how we’ve been doing things since day one in May 2006.

It's all about mindset and attitude. Ours is to work collaboratively with you, to achieve an outcome, improvement or a result that’s good for everyone.

We’re a supervisors or floor managers biggest supporter. We want to have their backs. We really understand how challenging it is to be in the middle, trying to juggle management expectations, nagging salespeople, production deadlines, employee performance and behaviour, safety issues, deal with the spot fires as they arise, and occasionally jump on the tools to get a job out… Exhausted just putting it all into words! So, whatever it is we do is aimed at solving a problem for them, supporting them and helping them to create a better work life.

We are continuously working on building knowledge, understanding and trust so we can deliver better, smarter results more efficiently.

We can provide Preventative Safety consulting which is built around your policies, procedures, standards and safety culture. We will get to work on site, of course leading by example at every opportunity, engaging with everyone and constructively reinforcing the right safety behaviours in their work environment. We always do this with an informal conversational style - we’re not the safety police, rather the enablers of thinking and acting with safety as their number one priority.

At IRP, our approach to receiving a vacancy is probably quite different to most others. Sure, we understand skills and capability are important, but we focus on attitude and fit. Plus, we know what attitude and fit looks like because we’ve taken the time to understand your business, your values and your people.

We conduct Structured site interviews and factory walk throughs which are designed to both assess a candidate's suitability and fit for the role and work environment, but equally provide them with the information, the first-hand look at who they’ll be working with, what the factory is like, and what they’ll be expected to learn and achieve every day.

We adopt the IRP iCare Candidate Care Program because candidates who are cared for, are much more likely to produce more, be happier at work and will be more settled.

We can run, facilitate, or simply support your safety meetings and toolbox talks.

Onboarding is one of the most under delivered but over used buzz terms going around. It's not just about showing your new employee where the toilets are, where to have lunch or getting the induction done. Onboarding is ultimately about supporting, training, and enabling your new employee to be fully productive, settled and connected with the Team. That’s when the onboarding is done.

We can deal with performance management by working with Supervisors and/or managers to address performance issues whilst also helping to develop and grow the top performers.
