About the Role
Our client is a leading manufacturer of windows, doors, and screens for WA’s fast growing building industry. Due to ever increasing demand, we are currently seeking a reliable and motivated worker to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role that involves a combination of machining, processing, and assembly work within a fast-paced production environment.The position is suited to someone who enjoys practical work, has good attention to detail, and is comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Hand drilling using pneumatic (air) drills.
- Fitting lock bodies to aluminium products.
- Machining bars using air-operated presses.
- Assembling sliding doors and hinge doors.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly (preferred but not essential).
- Experience using air tools and power tools is an advantage.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
