Our client is a well-established Perth-based electrical contractor supporting Western Australian businesses in various industries including mining, manufacturing and processing.
Currently they are looking to add an experienced Industrial or Maintenance Electrician to join them working at one of their regular workshop sites in Welshpool.
The day to day will see the successful applicant engaged in repair of workshop plant and hand held equipment. There is an element of fault finding, however the majority of the work will be basic repairs. Additionally, there may be some preventative maintenance and breakdown response.
The role would suit those looking for short term (2 months) work, there is however an option for the role to extend should applicants be looking for a long term role.
Are you the Right Person?
- WA A Grade Electrical Licence
- Experience in industrial environments
- Happy to assist with fault finding or preventative maintenance when required
- Ability to work independently on simple jobs and adapt work plans through the day
- Happy to work along side the maintenance team members
- Working at Heights & EWP qualifications
- Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm
- Fixed hours to suited to those with family commitments or wanting to wind work life back a touch
- Stable work environment working on the same site
- Good hourly rate + Super
- Option for short or longer term employment
