KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – MANUFACTURING Permanent / Full Time

This is a unique and rare opportunity to dedicate yourself to a long standing key client, and make a significant difference! You will be managing all aspects of recruitment, employee wellbeing and development, as well as influencing the overall improvement of their operation and culture.

The Role

• Recruitment and employee management at one of Australia’s leading manufacturers
• Build fulfilling and professional ‘lifelong’ trusted relationships
• Recruitment, interviewing (on site) and overall candidate selection
• Engaging and communicating with candidates, generally on the factory floor
• Reviewing staffing levels, performance and production needs with supervisors and managers
• Post placement support including candidate wellbeing, training and development, health and safety, payroll management and a variety of other HR related functions
