Our Account Managers are specialists within their sectors and make regular contact either on-site or via phone with company management, supervisors and our site-based workers to ensure a positive ongoing relationship that is focused on safety and productivity.
IRP are now looking to expand our specialist team. We are looking to recruit an Account Manager that is dedicated to finding and managing skilled Tradespersons and Trade Assistants in the Metal Engineering/Fabrication Industry. To be successful with your application you will need a sound knowledge of this industry whether having worked in it directly, or in a service capacity. You will be a driven individual who wants to be successful. Experience in managing and/or recruiting is not essential but may be beneficial to source for the following trades and jobs:

We have a plethora of clients that is growing rapidly and we need to grow with them to ensure the support and level or service is maintained. This role is supported by a full time Business Development Manager and Resourcing Team meaning the successful applicant will be able to work on filling the roles and providing outstanding service to their clients. The resourcing team support all of our Account Managers in their different specializations and ensure that our shortlists and candidate contact/registrations are kept up to date and that the extensive data base of local WA candidates are contacted frequently. IRP prides itself on looking after our candidates and we ensure that no one feels as though they are a just a number on a recruitment system.
The key in this role comes down to being driven to go the extra mile in order to manage new orders from existing clients and forge strong relationships with new companies identified by our BDM. This will be achieved by having a good understanding of the sector and great communication skills to enable the securing of the right people, for the right job in the right time. We have a strong team environment and we are looking for someone that will embrace our culture and is wanting to take their career to the next level.
We are not limiting this to experienced Recruiters or Account Managers. IRP will consider applications from current Tradespersons that are either looking to get off the tools and make a change from their current career path, or persons working in a relevant Industry Sales role looking for a change in pathway.
