Detailed Recruitment Process

Because of this extra interest and investigation, our recruitment process is very thorough and usually includes the following stages:

  • Detailed review of your resume;
  • Phone interview;
  • Questionnaire (including Safety & Work history);
  • In-person interview;
  • In-person functional assessment (for certain roles);
  • Previous work reference checks;
  • Background compliance checks;
  • Medical & OHS review;
  • External medical checks & testing (for certain roles);
  • Host site employer interview.
