The account management position involves developing new business; managing safety issues with an emphasis on prevention; candidate selection, recruitment and management and servicing of existing clients.  

To carry out this role effectively, you’ll have:

• proven people management and assessment skills;
• demonstrated business to business sales skills; and
• ability to quickly solve challenging human resource problems.
